In September 2016, Governor Cuomo signed legislation requiring all school districts to test all potable water outlets that could be used for drinking and cooking purposes for lead contamination. In early September, the Canastota Central School District had all water outlets tested for the presence of lead. Below you will find letters from Superintendent June C. Clarke that summarize the results. In addition, we have posted the full set of results from the initial round of testing and results from the second set of tests.
