Home Instruction Update

Effective March 1, 2025, Madison-Oneida BOCES (MOBOCES) will assume 100% responsibility for all Home Instruction services for Canastota Central School District families.

MOBOCES will serve as the primary point of contact for all families who are currently participating in Home Instruction or who are interested in beginning the process.

Families should direct all Home Instruction inquiries, paperwork, and communication to:

During this transition, the district will continue to assist families as needed. However, all Home Instruction documentation and official communication will be managed directly through MOBOCES as of March 1.

If Home Instruction paperwork is dropped off in person at the district, it will be forwarded via inter-office mail to:

Please note: The district will continue to maintain all Canastota student academic and health records.
